Common wallet firstdeposit bonus not credited 20000

I have deposited 32000 in common wallet dafabet product.

As per terms and conditions first deposit bonus 100% upto 20000 should be credited automatically next day.


I got a notification stating 100% first deposit bonus eligible for 20000 to common wallet to accept or decline subject to 20x wagering.

I have accepted it.

Later I got another notification stating 20000 credited to common wallet successfully.

But when I see there is no 20000.

But I can see wagering requirement of 400000 in cashier history page please find attached proofs wagering requirement, deposit

If I'm not eligible for 20000 as I have used my deposit amount 32000 at least Im eligible for 10% loss cashback Right.

As system automatically credits first deposit bonus 20000 I'm not eligible for loss 10% cashback of 3200 and vip cashback of 5% percent 1600 so I will not get.

20000 fdb got notification and accepted x20 wager but no balance.

As I deposited 32000.

I have made the payment through phonepe transaction is successful,but in dafabet it shows failed

Everytime they says yet to secure the funds

These days Dafabet is not handling deposits very well, it's very frustrating

Phonepe payments are instant

It's one to one transaction, in payment gateway might be it's 3rd party website where they provide upi id we will make payment through UPI app

Why it's taking more time just to verify with UPI holder takes a minute

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
