Closed my account without reason

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding my account with the username Blalbhar, registered with the email lalbha­war­r23­@gm­ail.com. My account had a verified status and a total balance of ₹87,210.63, as clearly visible in the attached screenshot.

However, without any prior notice, warning, or justification, Dafabet suddenly closed my account. I reached out to their support team multiple times requesting a reason and asking for my account to be reopened. At first, I was told the request had been forwarded, but later I received a final response saying "account will remain closed after thorough consideration", without providing any valid reason.

This action is highly unfair and unacceptable because:

My account was verified.

I had no pending verifications or issues from my side.

I had not violated any terms and conditions.

My balance of ₹87,210 is now completely inaccessible.

Dafabet has completely stopped communication after this final email.

I respectfully request AskGamblers Team to help me recover my full account balance and seek a valid justification from Dafabet. If there was truly a violation, I demand proof of it. Otherwise, they must return my legitimate funds.

2. Dafabet login screen showing account is closed.

3. Email history of my reopen request and their response.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I found AskGamblers through strong recommendations from users who have successfully resolved disputes with online casinos and betting platforms here. I would sincerely appreciate your help in investigating this matter and helping me recover access to my funds.
