Hi dear ask gamblers team,

I have deposited 1400rs yesterday to my dafa bet account. Amount is already deducted from my account. And I submitted relevant payment proof aslo then also they are not credited by deposit amount . They are telling that your payment is failed . But amount is deducted from my account. I contacted their live chat support team, asked for credit 1400rs amount. I warned them also if I not receive amount I will go to consumer court or raise complaint in ask gamblers.com

They immediately sent me message in live chat that your permanently banned from dafa bet. Is asking my deposit amount is crime? Why should they close my account. I need immediate action from them with 10x of my deposit amount.

I deposited on 12/06/2026 at 8:45:29 pm RS 9000/- to dafabet casino, but I still have not received it to my wallet. I tried to reach dafa bet customer support but I could not because I am getting all bot agent responses. This happens more times in a year and some amount I didn't get. They simply told receiver didn't receive your money and they closed the issue. I request you kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Account Verification for Withdrawal

I would like to file a complaint regarding the excessive delay in my account verification and the pending status of my withdrawals.

I submitted all required verification documents within the timeframe requested by the casino. Customer support informed me that the verification process would be completed within a specified period; however, that timeframe has long since passed and my account verification remains unresolved.

As a result, my withdrawal requests continue to remain pending. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I have not received a clear explanation for the delay or a definite timeframe for resolution. Instead, I continue to receive generic responses asking for further patience.

I have fully cooperated throughout the process and provided all requested documentation. The prolonged delay is causing significant frustration and concern, especially considering that my funds remain inaccessible while the verification process remains unfinished.

I respectfully request intervention to help resolve this matter and ensure that my account verification is completed and my pending withdrawals are processed without further unnecessary delay.

Repeatedly declining withdrawals of 202396

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding my pending withdrawal and repeated withdrawal rejections.
My Dafabet account username is Oourddin and my registered email is [email protected].
I had a significant wagering requirement pending, and during that period Dafabet had already restricted my account and reduced my betting limit to below ₹100. Even under those restrictions, I continued playing and completed the wagering requirement.
After completing the wagering, my withdrawal amount became ₹202,396. However, Dafabet has continuously delayed, cancelled, or declined my withdrawal requests instead of processing my funds.
From my withdrawal history, I have faced multiple rejected or cancelled withdrawals, including:

Dafabet also asked me to submit verification documents. I complied and uploaded the requested documents. Their own system notifications show:
On 05/06/2026, they confirmed my documents had been submitted and were under review, with review time up to 72 hours.
On 12/06/2026, they again asked me to upload required documents according to instructions sent to my registered email or phone.
On 14/06/2026, they again confirmed that my documents had been submitted and were under review.

This clearly shows that I have been cooperating and submitting the requested documents. Despite that, my withdrawals continue to be delayed or declined, and I have not received a proper, final, transparent explanation.
My concern is simple: if Dafabet had compliance concerns, they should have clearly resolved them during verification. It is unfair to let me complete wagering, repeatedly request documents, and still keep declining or delaying my withdrawal without a clear resolution.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to clarify:
Why my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly declined or cancelled
Why my documents are repeatedly requested even after submission
Whether my verification is approved or if any specific document is still pending
On what exact rule or term they are withholding or delaying my funds
When my full withdrawal amount of ₹202,396 will be processed

I have screenshots showing my account details, registered email, document submission notifications, and withdrawal history with repeated declined and cancelled requests.
I request a fair resolution and immediate processing of my withdrawal.

I make all the deposits and withdrawal using crypto as payment menthol in my account but suddenly since last 2 weeks, crypto withdrawal option is disabled but I can see it in deposit. Too much delayed verification

Hi this is frustrating me to writing this here. I have never seen a pathetic service from any platform like Dafabet. Issue : when I am trying to withdraw my funds, it is showing ' sorry their was a error with your withdrawal: code 310 error ' and dafabet has disabled the withdrawal section in my account and because of this i am not able to withdraw my funds.

Total disputed amount is 1207115 inr

When I emailed them dafabet support team Regarding this, to enable the withdrawal in my account, they are not bothered and just sending me same bot type irrevant email in response.

For my every email they are just sending me same bot irrevant reply , which is so dissapointing to see.

So I request askgamblers team to please look into this on my behalf and help me getting my withdrawal.
