Hi, I had raised a withdrawal request through their app on 15th February at 22.59 hours for Rs.50000 and the transaction says successful.
But I haven't received the amount in my account since 17 days and the online chat support has been of no use. They've been saying we will resolve the issue within 24 hours for the last 14 days and I haven't got my issue resolved. Please help me in this regard
