Casino first deposit bonus not credited 100 percent upto 20000

I have deposited 16000 in casino wallet dafabet product.

That is my first deposit in dafabet casino wallet so I'm eligible for first deposit bonus of 100% and it should be credited automatically the next day as per terms and conditions.

But I didn't get 16000.

Every time chat support says will be credited automatically.

I have waited for 2 months and finally I got to know that I can raise complaint.

Please help me, as support says not eligible, deposit money used like that.

As per terms and conditions of casino fdb, they didn't mention I can't use it, they didn't tell in case lost before 24 hours no fdb like that.

Attaching all proofs.

Please review my complaint along with proofs of deposit, fdb t&c.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.
