Casino declared wrong result in abandoned match

In the tournament world championship of legends,i placed a bet of ₹15,000 that the overall team of score of England will be over 150 after the completion of 20 overs match.
But when the score is 122/5 out of 17.1 overs rain interrupted the game and the match has been abandoned.
I have gone through dafabet rules and regulations and the rule says that when the match has been abandoned due to rain all the results will be void and the bet which we place will be refunded.
But dafabet declared the bet in their favour and looted my money even the rule clearly says the amount has to be refunded.
Below attached screenshots are the result of the match and bet id.
Please askgamblets help me out of this situation
Note: this isn’t a esports it’s a tournament played by all retired national team players

If that is the case then what about the below attached screenshot refers?
It is from your official website only know. Players will join your website after seeing these kind of posts right? Did the below attached screenshot says about your 80% rule?
Also if your 80% rule is correct then why did you say 18 overs few days back???
You are trying hard to twist the rules in your favour which i can clearly see.
If your 80% rule prevails then what about below attached screenshot???
Either you should update about your 80% rule (which I don’t think it’s true) all over your website or you should declare my bet as void
You can’t mislead your customers like that and declare those bets in your favour

Unreasonable indefinite account audit

To the AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:

On 09 21, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."

Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."

As of today, 09 28, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.

My Position:

I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.

Desired Outcome:

I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.

I have attached screenshots of my account balance, the rejected transaction history, and my conversations with their support team as evidence.

40000 INR Deposit missing for 27 days

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved deposit on my Dafabet account.

The cryptocurrency transaction was successfully completed and confirmed on the TRON blockchain on 31 August 2026. However, the corresponding INR 40,000 deposit has still not been credited to my Dafabet account.

It has now been approximately 27 days since the transaction.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times during this period and provided the transaction information necessary to verify the payment. The matter has also been referred to their relevant team for review, but despite the considerable amount of time that has passed, the funds have still not been credited and I have not received a substantive resolution explaining what happened to the confirmed payment.

This is not a recently reported transaction for which I am simply waiting for an initial response. The deposit has remained unresolved since 31 August 2026, despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the casino.

The blockchain transaction is publicly verifiable as SUCCESSFUL and CONFIRMED. I can provide the transaction history, blockchain confirmation and my correspondence with Dafabet if required.

I am asking Dafabet to manually investigate Transaction ID 527446410, locate the confirmed USDT payment and either credit the corresponding INR 40,000 to my account or provide an appropriate resolution for the funds.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance because almost four weeks have now passed without a resolution.

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.
