Bet wrongly settled and support team refusing to resolve it

On 23/07/2025, I placed a bet on Aus vs WI T20 match - Aus to take over 4.5 catches (Bet ID - 2724731745)

However Dafa ended up settling this bet as a loss and on asking their support team..All they keep saying is Aus 2 wickets lost.. Clearly confusing both innings and as a result getting my bet result wrong

Sure, INR 3,500 was placed @ 1.85 odds for a return of INR 6,475.. Which was not credited as the bet was wrongly settled as a loss.. Dafabet team, kindly fix this as soon as possible

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.

Deposit 20000 not credited

am submitting this issue with Dafabet because my deposit issue has remained unresolved despite their acknowledgment.

I made a ₹20,000 deposit, but the amount was debited from my account and has still not been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

On 12 May, Dafabet confirmed via email that they had received my deposit follow-up request for Transaction ID: 505410481 and generated Ticket #869637. They informed me that their Payment Customer Support team was reviewing the transaction and that the funds would be credited once the review was completed.

However, despite this confirmation, my ₹20,000 is still missing, and I have not received any meaningful update or resolution. I have patiently waited and fully cooperated with their support team, but the issue remains unresolved.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in resolving this matter by ensuring that Dafabet either credits my ₹20,000 deposit to my gaming wallet or refunds it to my original payment method without any further delay.

Dear DafaBet Support Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my withdrawals, which have remained "Under Process" for more than 1.5 months without any valid explanation or resolution.

Despite contacting your live chat support every day for the past 1.5 months, I have received the same response each time—that my withdrawal will be processed within one or two days. Unfortunately, those promises have never been fulfilled, and I have still not received my funds.

Dafabet team- 4 day ago, documents function was open in my accounts page, so I uploaded the reqwusted documents, that that my id card and selfie holding the id card , in order to verify my account and withdrawal purpose.

But till now that docouments tab is showing its under review.

@askgamblers team, i waited patiently but still verification is pending, they said verification take maximum 72 hours time, but i have waited more then 4 days. So please intervene here.

My withdrawal are also in pending status because of account verifcation document review status pending from last 4 days.
