Bet voided after winning and amount credited

I have concern against Dafabet (DafaSports product) regarding Bet ID: 2675885772.

🔹 Issue: I placed a "Next Wicket" bet during a live cricket event. The bet was accepted, correctly placed before the wicket fell, and the result was shown as “WON”. The winning amount was even credited to my account.

Later, the bet was voided, and the winning amount was removed. Support now claims it was voided, while the live chat bot and initial bet history clearly showed it as a win.

I have reached out to support multiple times asking for:

1. A clear explanation and evidence of why the bet was voided

2. Re-credit of my winnings

3. Restoration of my betting limits which were also reduced after this incident

I have all supporting screenshots and chat transcripts available to prove the contradiction in their communication.

Despite multiple follow-ups, Dafabet has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this dispute fairly.

Dear Dafabet Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate my concern regarding a recent bet placed on 4th June 2025 during the Nottingham vs Derbyshire match, which was initially marked as won, credited to my account, and later voided without a clear and transparent explanation.

Key Points:

My bet was placed at 11:46 PM IST, while the wicket fell at 11:47 PM IST, as per match timestamps.

The bet was accepted, processed, and settled as a win, which is still visible in my bet history.

I withdrew the winning amount at 11:50 PM IST.

However, later the bet was marked as void in the recent bets tab, while the bet history still shows it as won. This inconsistency raises concerns about the system's reliability and transparency.

I have faced multiple losses before this bet, which clearly contradicts any unfair pattern of exploitation.

The justification provided under Clause 9.5.3 for “late bet” is not accurate in this case, since the market was still open and the outcome had not been determined when the bet was placed.


Request:

I respectfully request a detailed audit log of:

1. The exact server-side bet acceptance timestamp.


2. The exact moment the market was suspended.


3. Video or official ball-by-ball reference showing when the third wicket fell.



Additionally, I request clarification on:

Why the bet was initially settled and winnings credited, then voided later.

Why your platform still reflects contradictory statuses (won vs void).


This issue not only affects user trust but also raises questions about the internal process of bet validation and post-settlement modification.

Kindly treat this as a formal escalation and have this reviewed by your betting operations supervisor or compliance team. I expect a fair resolution or I will be compelled to take this up with relevant gambling regulatory bodies.

@askgamblers I would like to have your intervention looking at concern users have on dafabet systems reliability and transparency.

Sharing void screenshot and current bet history screenshot. I feel like there is a manual intervention in my case rather than dafa system.

Can you pls share me the proof of evidence of timestamp of my bet and wicket fell.

I strongly believe this clause won't be in my case. As we all know in dafabet will only allow users to place bet when there is chance to place. If not dafa will block to place the bet.

When dafa has already accepted my bet how can it be a late bet. It is not my fault.

Also. I would request you to please provide timestamp of my bet placed and and wicket fell on which I placed bet. That will us some sort of clarity.

I strongly believe dafa will never accept any late bet and if it so will void the immediately.

But in my case I waited for sometime. I won and my bet history shows I won money has been credited.

I am sharing all my evidence. I would request to share the evidences from your team. To be transparent.

More importantly Dafabet will never allow any late bet. Because it already has a timestamp given to players of atleast 10 seconds while placing bet. Then how can it be late. Once it is accepted them everything is on right place and right time.


Kindly share proof of timestamp and why it is late, when dafabet it self accepted and credited winning amount. If it is late bet dafabet will immediately void won't take time and immediately it will reject/void won't wait till win.

Dear AskGamblers Team,
​I am writing to file an official complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email.
​On June 6, 2026, at 11:33 PM, I made a deposit intended for my Dafabet account via HTPay Banking. The payment was processed successfully from my end via PhonePe, but the status on the Dafabet deposit page is still showing as "Pending."
