Bet voided after winning and amount credited

I have concern against Dafabet (DafaSports product) regarding Bet ID: 2675885772.

🔹 Issue: I placed a "Next Wicket" bet during a live cricket event. The bet was accepted, correctly placed before the wicket fell, and the result was shown as “WON”. The winning amount was even credited to my account.

Later, the bet was voided, and the winning amount was removed. Support now claims it was voided, while the live chat bot and initial bet history clearly showed it as a win.

I have reached out to support multiple times asking for:

1. A clear explanation and evidence of why the bet was voided

2. Re-credit of my winnings

3. Restoration of my betting limits which were also reduced after this incident

I have all supporting screenshots and chat transcripts available to prove the contradiction in their communication.

Despite multiple follow-ups, Dafabet has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this dispute fairly.

Dear Dafabet Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate my concern regarding a recent bet placed on 4th June 2025 during the Nottingham vs Derbyshire match, which was initially marked as won, credited to my account, and later voided without a clear and transparent explanation.

Key Points:

My bet was placed at 11:46 PM IST, while the wicket fell at 11:47 PM IST, as per match timestamps.

The bet was accepted, processed, and settled as a win, which is still visible in my bet history.

I withdrew the winning amount at 11:50 PM IST.

However, later the bet was marked as void in the recent bets tab, while the bet history still shows it as won. This inconsistency raises concerns about the system's reliability and transparency.

I have faced multiple losses before this bet, which clearly contradicts any unfair pattern of exploitation.

The justification provided under Clause 9.5.3 for “late bet” is not accurate in this case, since the market was still open and the outcome had not been determined when the bet was placed.

Request:

I respectfully request a detailed audit log of:

1. The exact server-side bet acceptance timestamp.

2. The exact moment the market was suspended.

3. Video or official ball-by-ball reference showing when the third wicket fell.

Additionally, I request clarification on:

Why the bet was initially settled and winnings credited, then voided later.

Why your platform still reflects contradictory statuses (won vs void).

This issue not only affects user trust but also raises questions about the internal process of bet validation and post-settlement modification.

Kindly treat this as a formal escalation and have this reviewed by your betting operations supervisor or compliance team. I expect a fair resolution or I will be compelled to take this up with relevant gambling regulatory bodies.

Can you pls share me the proof of evidence of timestamp of my bet and wicket fell.

I strongly believe this clause won't be in my case. As we all know in dafabet will only allow users to place bet when there is chance to place. If not dafa will block to place the bet.

When dafa has already accepted my bet how can it be a late bet. It is not my fault.

Also. I would request you to please provide timestamp of my bet placed and and wicket fell on which I placed bet. That will us some sort of clarity.

I strongly believe dafa will never accept any late bet and if it so will void the immediately.

But in my case I waited for sometime. I won and my bet history shows I won money has been credited.

I am sharing all my evidence. I would request to share the evidences from your team. To be transparent.

More importantly Dafabet will never allow any late bet. Because it already has a timestamp given to players of atleast 10 seconds while placing bet. Then how can it be late. Once it is accepted them everything is on right place and right time.

Kindly share proof of timestamp and why it is late, when dafabet it self accepted and credited winning amount. If it is late bet dafabet will immediately void won't take time and immediately it will reject/void won't wait till win.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a cryptocurrency deposit made to my Dafabet account under the username khan3300.

I made a deposit of ₹27,500, corresponding to 288 USDT. The cryptocurrency transfer was successfully completed from my wallet, and the transaction is also confirmed on the TRON blockchain.

According to the blockchain transaction details:

Amount: 288 USDT
Network: TRON

The blockchain screenshot clearly shows the transfer of 288 USDT to the receiving address.

My wallet also shows the transaction as Successful, confirming that the funds were sent successfully.

However, Dafabet has not credited the deposit to my account. The Dafabet transaction page currently shows the deposit as Pending.

Withdrawal amount not credited

I have a withdrawal issue with dafabet.

The withdrawal of INR 34,000 happened via a split payment of INR 8000, INR 8000, INR 6000 and INR 12,000.

But INR 12,000 has never came to the bank. I have checked with my bank with the UTR number provided by dafabet but bank has informed that the payment has not received.

I have escalated this to dafabet team and they have informed to share the bank statement which I have shared thrice to them but no response after that.

Kindly help with the solution.

Deposit not credited since January 10th 16500 INR

I am submitting this complaint regarding a 16500 INR deposit made to my Dafabet account on 10 January 2026.

The amount was successfully debited from my payment account, but it has never been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

Deposit not credited 21000 INR since January 6th

I am submitting this complaint regarding a 21000 INR deposit made to my Dafabet account on 6 January 2026.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account but it has never been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times regarding this issue. I have also contacted them by email and provided the relevant transaction details and payment proof.

Dafabet keeps telling me that the amount is under validation and that I should wait. They have stated that once the validation is completed, the amount will automatically be credited to my wallet.

The deposit was made on 6 January 2026, and it has now been nearly eight months without the money being credited or a clear explanation of why the validation is still pending.

I am requesting that Dafabet investigate this payment with their payment and finance team and either credit the 21000 INR to my Dafabet wallet or return the money to the original payment source.

Hello, dear Askgamblers team. I deposited 150,000 INR (1573 usdt) to my account, but the payment was not credited to my account. I contacted the support service, they asked me for a transfer receipt. I fulfilled all their requirements. I sent receipts from all official sites that confirm in the blockchain that my transfer in the amount of 1573 usdt was transferred to the Dafabet wallet. Hi AskGamblers and Dafabet,

I am a Dafabet user with USER ID - < username removed >, and my withdrawals are currently being held without any clear justification or proper explanation.

I have contacted Dafabet several times through live chat regarding my withdrawals, but I keep receiving generic, copy-paste responses that do not address my specific issue or explain why my withdrawals are being held.

I have a total balance of over ₹2,00,000 INR in my Dafabet account, but I am currently unable to withdraw my funds.

I have uploaded the required evidence showing that my account is verified, along with proof of my account balance, User ID, and withdrawal issue.

Dafabet has asked for documents for the second time this month after I already completely verified my account 2 weeks back. As soon as I closed my last complaint they again asked for new set of documents for the deposit I made after last withdrawal. Anyway I wanted to cooperate and compete my verification again but it has been pending for over 7 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.
Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹4,60,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Withdrawal declined and no valid payment method available

My Dafabet account is fully verified, but I am currently unable to withdraw my funds.Amount I want to withdraw: INR 203,948
I previously submitted a complaint because my usual Cryptocurrency/USDT withdrawal option disappeared. AskGamblers advised me to cooperate with Dafabet and select one of the available withdrawal methods.
I followed that advice.
I selected an available withdrawal method and submitted a withdrawal, but Dafabet declined it due to “Payment Method Mismatch.”
Therefore, this is no longer simply a complaint about my preferred payment method. I have followed the available options, but Dafabet's own system is rejecting my withdrawal while the payment method previously used by me is unavailable.
I have contacted Dafabet Support and Payments repeatedly. Instead of providing a valid withdrawal solution, multiple departments are sending me the same generic response asking for transaction ID/UTR details, despite my clearly explaining that I am requesting a workable withdrawal method.
I have now specifically asked Dafabet to either:
Process my INR 203,948 withdrawal manually through USDT TRC20; or
Restore the Cryptocurrency/USDT withdrawal option so I can place the withdrawal myself; or
Clearly identify a withdrawal method that Dafabet will actually accept without another “Payment Method Mismatch” rejection.
I am fully willing to cooperate with any legitimate verification or withdrawal requirement.
