I was made e diposit requests

via UPI payment method. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account but the amount was not credited to the dafabet cashier wallet.

Those 3 transactions were showing in the transaction history failed follow up request was initiated for the same issue. Those 3 transactions, I have already attached the payment proof(s) clearly showing that the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. Despite this, the balance has not been reflected in my Dafabet wallet. I was already sent multiple times email also dafasupport. I'm receiving scripted replies. I kindly request you to please:

1. Investigate this transaction on priority, and

2. Either credit the deposited amount to my Dafabet account at the earliest, or

3. refund if the transaction cannot be processed.

Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side. I request a prompt resolution, as the delay has already exceeded a reasonable timeframe.
