I made a transaction of 15,000, but by mistake, I entered 10,000 for the transaction amount on Dafabet, and 15,000 was also deducted from my account.
However, the transaction on Dafabet shows as failed.
I have already filed a complaint with Dafabet, but no solution has been provided. I am attaching the bank deduction slip, the wallet deduction receipt, and my email conversation with Dafabet. Please help me resolve this issue.
