Amount has been debited from my account but Casino haven't credited the amount

I made a deposit ok 5k inr on 08/11/2024 02:26:53 AM, transaction id: 395663878 the amount has been debited from my account but dafabet havent credited the amount. I wrote couple of mails and shared screenshot of transaction but still they are saying we are yet to secure amount, how many days it will take to secure amount. If it is payment gateway we can understand delay. But it was upi transaction there wont be any delay. They are trying to cheat the customers by taking the customers hard earned money. I checked with my bank they already confirmed that amount is credited in beneficary account. These dafabet cheaters are still saying we are yet to secure amount. Please help me with this.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
