I made a deposit of 20,000 INR via UPI, the transaction is successful and amount got debited from my bank but in dafabet the transaction is showing as Failed. Please help.

Freezing funds for over 10 days under an endless review with zero communication
I am writing to submit a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding an unjustified restriction on my withdrawals and an indefinite account review that has frozen my legitimate funds.

Below is the exact timeline of the issue:

July 8, 2026 (09:19 AM): I noticed that my first withdrawal request was rejected, and my withdrawal function was subsequently disabled/closed without any prior notice or justification.

July 9, 2026 (Evening): I sent an email to their customer support requesting an explanation. While Dafabet usually replies within 10 minutes, I received absolutely no response.

July 10, 2026 (09:52 AM): I contacted their Live Chat support. The agent provided a generic, scripted response stating that my account was under review and I needed to "wait patiently."

July 11 – July 17, 2026 (Ongoing): I have continuously followed up with their customer service. As of today, July 17, the situation remains completely unresolved. The casino continues to give the exact same canned responses, forcing me to wait indefinitely without providing any concrete updates, explanations, or an estimated timeframe.

I would like to emphasize two crucial facts regarding my account:

No Bonuses Involved: I only play Live Casino games (Live Dealer) and I have NEVER accepted or claimed any bonuses or promotional offers. All funds in my account consist entirely of my own cash deposits and legitimate winnings.

Clean & Consistent Account History: I have been using this account normally, and all my previous withdrawals were processed smoothly without any issues. There is absolutely no breach of terms or valid reason for my account to be suddenly locked.

Whenever I ask for the specific reason for this review or a deadline for its completion, the casino flatly refuses to provide details. They are simply withholding my cash funds and stalling the process indefinitely without any transparency.

I kindly request Ask assistance in mediating this matter. I urge Dafabet to immediately conclude this "review," restore my withdrawal access, and release my funds.

Dafabet Holding My Verification and Declining Withdrawals Without Explanation
I am submitting this complaint because Dafabet has failed to complete my account verification despite having all of my required documents for several days.

The Documents section of my account confirms that my verification files have been successfully submitted and are under review. However, more than four days have passed, and I have not received any update, approval, or request for additional information.

I have repeatedly contacted Dafabet through Live Chat and customer support, but every conversation ends with the same standard response asking me to wait for the verification team. Unfortunately, no one has been able to explain why my verification is taking so long or when it will finally be completed.

As a result of this unnecessary delay, my withdrawal requests are also being affected. One of my withdrawal requests for 21,700.00 INR submitted on 08/07/2026 was declined (Transaction ID: 520976162), even though there has been no clear explanation for the rejection. My account balance remains inaccessible because the verification process has not been completed.

I have fulfilled all of Dafabet’s verification requirements and have cooperated fully by submitting every document they requested. If there is any issue with my documents or if additional verification is needed, Dafabet should communicate this clearly instead of keeping my account in a pending status while providing only repetitive automated replies.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and assist in resolving it by asking Dafabet to:

* Complete my account verification without any further delay.
* Explain the reason for the declined withdrawal.
* Allow me to access and withdraw my funds once the verification is finalized.

I am submitting this complaint because Dafabet has been unnecessarily delaying the verification of my account despite all required documents already being submitted.

The document section of my account clearly shows that my verification documents have been received and are currently under review. However, it has already been more than four days, and there has been no update, no approval, and no request for any additional documents.

During this period, I have contacted Dafabet’s customer support several times through Live Chat and email. Unfortunately, every response has been the same generic message asking me to wait for the verification team. No representative has explained why my verification is taking so long or provided any estimated timeframe for completion.

Because my account verification remains pending, I have also experienced issues with my withdrawals. On 08/07/2026, my withdrawal requests were declined despite having sufficient funds in my account:

These repeated declined withdrawals, together with the ongoing verification delay, have prevented me from accessing my own funds without any clear explanation.

If any additional information is required, Dafabet should inform me directly instead of leaving my account under review indefinitely while repeatedly providing automated responses.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers intervene and ask Dafabet to prioritize my verification, complete the review of my submitted documents, and restore my ability to withdraw my funds without any further unnecessary delays.
