Again I have an issue with Dafa

I am forced to file another complaint against Dafabet just one day after my previous issue was resolved. This clearly shows a recurring pattern of deposit failures and poor customer service.

The Issue:
I deposited 500 INR via crypto. The public blockchain (Etherscan) confirms that the transaction is SUCCESSFUL and the funds have reached Dafabet's wallet. However, on the Dafabet 'Cashier' page, they have marked the status as 'FAILED'.
I have already contacted their support, but they are giving the same scripted replies. Yesterday, they only credited my 300 INR after I filed a complaint here. It seems they are intentionally marking successful deposits as 'Failed' to avoid crediting the users.
I am attaching the screenshot of the 'Failed' status from their website and the blockchain proof. I request AskGamblers to intervene again and help me get my funds credited
