Firstly they asked me to submit my documents id proof for verification for the withdrawal I and now when my id proofs are verified now also they are not giving withdrawal. It's showing pending from last 7 days. After complaining to customer support they saying we can't say anything. My withdraw transaction I'd is 469054755.You can also check in the attached file that privious withdrawal are also not processed I have to cancel them after 5-6 days.
