Account verification pending over 10 days
My account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite me uploading the required KYC documents multiple times. My funds are completely blocked until this process is completed. My wallet balance of ₹1,63,000 INR is entirely blocked due to this delay, and I cannot withdraw my funds.
I first submitted my documents on 10/09/2025. Since then, I have re-uploaded them on 13/09/2025 and 17/09/2025 to ensure clarity and compliance.
I have reached out to Dafabet's live chat and email support numerous times, but the responses have been completely unhelpful. Each time, I am given the same generic response: that "validation may take 24 to 48 hours." Clearly, this timeframe has long passed, and yet no action has been taken, nor have I received any meaningful update or explanation.
This delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about Dafabet’s customer service and internal processes. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in getting this issue resolved, as I have exhausted all options on my end without success.
