I am filing this complaint regarding the unreasonable delay in the verification of my Dafabet account.

My account has 72000 rupees stuck because of account verification, which has now taken more than 4 days.

I submitted all the requested verification documents more than four days ago. Since then, there has been no update, no confirmation, and no response regarding the status of my verification.

I have contacted Dafabet’s customer support multiple times through both email and Live Chat. Unfortunately, every interaction results in the same automated or copy-and-paste response asking me to “wait for the verification team.” No representative has provided a meaningful update or an estimated timeframe for completion.

I have already provided all the documents requested by Dafabet, and there should be no reason for such an excessive delay without any communication.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter. I ask Dafabet to review and approve my submitted verification documents as soon as possible or, if any additional documents are required, to clearly inform me instead of repeatedly sending generic responses.

10000 INR deposit not credited to my gaming wallet

I am filing this complaint because my deposit of ₹10,000 has still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my gaming wallet. I have already uploaded my payment receipt on the cashier page as requested, but despite waiting for more than 3 days, there has been no resolution.

I have contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any meaningful update or progress. This issue remains unresolved, and my funds are still missing.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and ask the casino to investigate this transaction immediately. I request that the casino either credit the ₹10,000 to my gaming wallet or refund the amount to my original payment method without any further delay.

I am also sharing my payment receipt and bank statement to be up to date as supporting evidence for this complaint.

Return the amount to my Dafabet wallet immediately if the transfer has failed from your side.

delaying verifcation and withdrawal for 10 days

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹7,50,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved.
I have emailed them multiple times asking for the status of verification, they say 72 hrs but already 10 days passed and most of the times they give bot replies regarding deposit but when the question i asked is for verification status. attached screenshot for your reference.

I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side.
