Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding an unreasonable delay in my account verification process.

It has been over 15 days since I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account is still not verified. The documents provided were clear, valid, and fully complied with their requirements. However, despite this, the verification process has been taking excessively long without any proper update or resolution.

I have already contacted Dafabet’s support team multiple times regarding this issue, but I have either received generic responses or no meaningful progress. This delay is preventing me from accessing important account features, including withdrawals.

As per standard industry practices, verification is usually completed within a few days, but in my case, it has exceeded a reasonable timeframe.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible so that my account can be verified and I can proceed with my withdrawals without further delay.

Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹258,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

I made a deposit of Rs.4400 into my Dafabet account, but the amount has not been credited to my wallet yet. The amount has been deducted; however, it is not reflected in my Dafabet balance.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
