Dear Askgambler team,

I have placed a bet with multiple selection and odds became huge. So dafabet has suspended my account and I am not able to login. They told me that I have requested for closer the account but it is wrong. Why I wish to close my account if I have balance in my account of 294406.80 INR. They closed my my account by mistake and when I have requested to reopen then they asked id card from me and i have emailed them. But they are not processing my request and neither they reply my any single email.

I am requesting from Askgamblers team that plz help me to reopen my account as i can withdraw my 294406.8 INR balance.

Hello Askgamblers team and Dafabet team,
I am saying with pleasure that my account is verified and successfully withdrawan my fund.
I request Askgamblers team that please close this case as fully resolved.
And i must say that the process of dafabet company is good but employee of this company is very bad. They declined the transaction and try get login password as they can take withdrawal in their own crypto wallet. Dont use cryto guys please use bank account.

No transaction has been canceled by my end okay...its by your end. And your team member has threatening me that multiple cancelation of withdrawal results permanent deletion of account. Its rediculous service DAFABET. You are declining withdrawal from your side and saying that it is canceled by my side..for your kind information there is no option to cancel the withdrawal from my side if i use crypto method. And i know why you are asking password if i tell you then you will place withdrawal in your own crypto wallet and i wont be able to prove that it was not mine.
So thank you i am not fool okay...i repeat i am not fool. This is not dafabet company this is for you who is handling this forum. I can write the name and number also here from which i am getting messages on WhatsApp but for this time i am respecting the professionalism. DAFAET please take action on that employee..

What type of service is that...your employee has messaged me on WhatsApp and asking for email and dafabet credentials. For authentication..your employee is trying to scam with me. I have screenshot. Don't waste my time DAFABET team.. your company is definitely in wrong hand. I have uploaded my documents for my account section it is under review and showing that can take upto 72 hours. I am relaxed for 72 hours completing. But one of your employee is texting msg on WhatsApp again and again and sking password that is completely illegal. By the way i am not fool.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
Exploring legal remedies to recover my funds if 3.necessary.
