Account Locked & Withdrawal denied

Hello, this is Julian.

I created my account at dafabet in 01/19. I played a lot of casino games.
My account is completely verfied and I made several withdrawals.

Then my account went up and my balance was 122.038,00€ when dafebet all of the sudden locked my account for now reason.

I contacted the support several times, but all I get is this copy/paste answer: "Rest assure that once we receive an update regarding your request, we will notify you thru your registered email address."

They say that there are ongoing investigations, but I am waiting for my money for nearly 2 month now!

I would be very happy if someone could help me with that!
If there is anything i need to provide in order to get this case closed and finally receive my money, I am happy to do this.

Repeatedly declining withdrawals of 202396
I would like to raise a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding my pending withdrawal and repeated withdrawal rejections.
My Dafabet account username is Oourddin and my registered email is [email protected].
I had a significant wagering requirement pending, and during that period Dafabet had already restricted my account and reduced my betting limit to below ₹100. Even under those restrictions, I continued playing and completed the wagering requirement.
After completing the wagering, my withdrawal amount became ₹202,396. However, Dafabet has continuously delayed, cancelled, or declined my withdrawal requests instead of processing my funds.
From my withdrawal history, I have faced multiple rejected or cancelled withdrawals, including:
₹20,000 declined on 28/05/2026
₹20,000 declined on 28/05/2026
₹20,000 cancelled on 28/05/2026
₹10,000 declined on 29/05/2026
₹12,000 declined on 29/05/2026
₹14,000 declined on 29/05/2026
₹26,396 declined on 01/06/2026
₹97,000 cancelled on 01/06/2026
₹20,000 declined on 06/06/2026
₹202,000 marked pending on 11/06/2026

Dafabet also asked me to submit verification documents. I complied and uploaded the requested documents. Their own system notifications show:
On 05/06/2026, they confirmed my documents had been submitted and were under review, with review time up to 72 hours.
On 12/06/2026, they again asked me to upload required documents according to instructions sent to my registered email or phone.
On 14/06/2026, they again confirmed that my documents had been submitted and were under review.

This clearly shows that I have been cooperating and submitting the requested documents. Despite that, my withdrawals continue to be delayed or declined, and I have not received a proper, final, transparent explanation.
My concern is simple: if Dafabet had compliance concerns, they should have clearly resolved them during verification. It is unfair to let me complete wagering, repeatedly request documents, and still keep declining or delaying my withdrawal without a clear resolution.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to clarify:
Why my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly declined or cancelled
Why my documents are repeatedly requested even after submission
Whether my verification is approved or if any specific document is still pending
On what exact rule or term they are withholding or delaying my funds
When my full withdrawal amount of ₹202,396 will be processed

I have screenshots showing my account details, registered email, document submission notifications, and withdrawal history with repeated declined and cancelled requests.
I request a fair resolution and immediate processing of my withdrawal.
