Account closure username failed to close my account

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Dafabet for failing to close my account despite multiple requests made by me.

I have sent multiple emails from my registered email address clearly requesting permanent account closure. However, Dafabet has not closed my account and has not provided any clear explanation or timeline for doing so. Instead, I continue to receive generic and repetitive responses that do not resolve my request.
As a customer, I believe I have the right to request account closure at any time. Dafabet’s failure to act on my repeated requests raises concerns regarding responsible gaming practices and customer rights.
I am attaching copies of my email communications with Dafabet as proof that I have repeatedly requested account closure.
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and assist me in ensuring that Dafabet closes my account immediately and provides written confirmation of the same.
