Account Closed Without Resolution Despite Confirmation of Reopening Funds Inaccessible

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing this complaint regarding my Dafabet account, which was unexpectedly closed by Dafabet without providing any valid or detailed explanation.

On contacting Dafabet support, I was told that my account was closed due to management decision (as shown in the screenshot). However, I did not violate any terms, and I have always played responsibly.

Later, after sending a respectful request for reopening the account or at least helping with a manual withdrawal of my funds (INR 56,984.01), the Dafabet team responded via email stating "your account is now active" and I should be able to login and continue playing.

However, even after this confirmation, when I tried to log in, the platform still shows "Your account is closed. Please contact customer support." This clearly shows negligence or miscommunication from Dafabet’s support team, and my funds are now locked with no access and no real support.

I am attaching full evidence including:

I am humbly requesting AskGamblers to intervene and help me in either:

1. Reopening my Dafabet account properly OR

2. Allowing a manual withdrawal of my balance to my UPI/Bank account.

This delay is causing unnecessary mental stress, and Dafabet’s support has been totally unhelpful despite full cooperation from my side.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Dafabet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

Thank you for your support.
I would like to update you regarding my Dafabet account issue.

As per Dafabet's email (attached screenshot), they clearly mentioned that my account is now reopened and I can login and use it. However, when I try to log in to my account, I still receive the message:
"Your account is closed. Please contact customer support."

This clearly shows a contradiction between their email communication and the actual status of my account.

Also, I would like to bring to your attention that Dafabet initially closed my account stating violation of terms (multiple accounts), but I have used only one account personally. I request a fair investigation into this, and I also request Dafabet to release my balance as there is no valid reason to hold my funds.

Please help me resolve this matter urgently and ensure I get access to my account or at least my remaining balance.

Upon reviewing your account, we have noticed that it does not comply with one of our Terms & Conditions, which clearly states that each person is allowed only one account.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I found AskGamblers through strong recommendations from users who have successfully resolved disputes with online casinos and betting platforms here. I would sincerely appreciate your help in investigating this matter and helping me recover access to my funds.
