Account closed without notification and withdrawal pending

Hi, I had put withdrawal of my funds in dafabet account. I was notified to submit documents front and back along with holding selfie with documents.
I submitted it was was approved and successfully verified my account.
And still the withdrawal was under pending status. I waited for 2 days and no response when I mailed them I got reply mail mentioned account is verified and withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible and team is working to solve the issue. The same was mentioned in live support chat, live support chat takes 30 minutes to get connected and I wasn't provided proper response sometimes and chat was closed automatically.
Now without any notification and information provided to me to my mail or anywhere account has been closed. I'm not able to access my account.
I want askgamblers to solve my issue and provide me a justice. It's causing me lot of stress and pressure. I'll attach every prove along with this.
So please help me to solve the issue and provide my withdrawal.

Hi I would like to clarify that, I received bonus just once.
There are few points I would like to mention.
1. First they asked me for verification after my withdrawal was stuck. I submitted my documents along with pan front and back and selfie holding the pan.
2. They verified my account successfully and I was waiting for my withdrawal.
3. Then they locked my account mentioning that there was an suspicious login for safety concerns account was suspended temporarily. In this mean time they have declined the withdrawal and taken my balance settled as adjustment.
4. And then I wasn't getting any response from the dafabet support and no reply to mails, once I approached askgamblers I was getting response from here.
5. Now they have taken my initial deposit of 70k and also 70k winnings.
As per dafabet terms and conditions they have to return my actual deposit which was made. Yet they haven't provided that as well.
6. I would like askgamblers to look into this issue, properly and provide an outcome. Atleast provide the initial deposit if not winnings.
I'll share the screenshot of all the details.
Askgamblers please resolve this issue for me for providing my 140k balance of initial deposit and winnings. If not atleast provide my initial deposit which is mentioned in dafabet terms and conditions and also mentioned in the mail I'm sharing.

In accordance with our Terms, Dafabet reserves the right to void bets, confiscate affected balances, and decline withdrawal requests where prohibited practices are detected. Therefore, the confiscation of the balance was applied correctly, and the withdrawal was declined.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:

Unresolved INR 2500 withdrawal stuck since May 23rd

I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a completely stalled withdrawal and a total lack of transparency from their customer support team.

On May 23rd, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of INR 2,500.00 from my account. According to the platform's internal system logs, the transaction was marked as "successfully processed" on 25/05/2026 at 12:26:14 pm IST under Transaction ID: 512576260.

Despite their system claiming the transfer was successful, the funds have absolutely not arrived in my bank account.

Over the last week, I have contacted their regional customer support desk multiple times trying to resolve this. Instead of investigating the issue, I have been trapped in a broken loop of automated, generic boilerplate responses. Multiple agents (including agents < full names removed >i) have copy-pasted the exact same message word-for-word to my emails:

"Our team is reviewing the INR 2,500.00 withdrawal that was successfully processed on 25/05/2026 12:26:14 pm. A follow-up has been made to our Payment Partners. We will update you via your registered email as soon as we receive feedback."

They have been "following up" for days with zero progress. I have repeatedly asked their team to provide a standard banking tracking reference number—such as a Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) or an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN)—so that I can track the funds with my local bank backend. They flatly refuse to provide any proof of transfer, nor will they reverse the stuck funds back into my player wallet balance so I can re-attempt the transaction.

Because internal support has devolved into a stone wall of canned templates, I am bringing this matter to AskGamblers. I demand that Dafabet corporate either:

Provide a legitimate, traceable banking UTR or ARN number to prove the funds actually left their payment gateway.

Cancel the failed transaction entirely and return the INR 2,500.00 to my account balance immediately.

On 29th may 2026, I made a deposit of 30000 INR into my DefatBet account. The payment was successfully completed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account/payment provider. However, the funds have not been credited to my DefatBet balance.
