Account closed without notification and withdrawal pending

Hi, I had put withdrawal of my funds in dafabet account. I was notified to submit documents front and back along with holding selfie with documents.
I submitted it was was approved and successfully verified my account.
And still the withdrawal was under pending status. I waited for 2 days and no response when I mailed them I got reply mail mentioned account is verified and withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible and team is working to solve the issue. The same was mentioned in live support chat, live support chat takes 30 minutes to get connected and I wasn't provided proper response sometimes and chat was closed automatically.
Now without any notification and information provided to me to my mail or anywhere account has been closed. I'm not able to access my account.
I want askgamblers to solve my issue and provide me a justice. It's causing me lot of stress and pressure. I'll attach every prove along with this.
So please help me to solve the issue and provide my withdrawal.

Hi I would like to clarify that, I received bonus just once.
There are few points I would like to mention.
1. First they asked me for verification after my withdrawal was stuck. I submitted my documents along with pan front and back and selfie holding the pan.
2. They verified my account successfully and I was waiting for my withdrawal.
3. Then they locked my account mentioning that there was an suspicious login for safety concerns account was suspended temporarily. In this mean time they have declined the withdrawal and taken my balance settled as adjustment.
4. And then I wasn't getting any response from the dafabet support and no reply to mails, once I approached askgamblers I was getting response from here.
5. Now they have taken my initial deposit of 70k and also 70k winnings.
As per dafabet terms and conditions they have to return my actual deposit which was made. Yet they haven't provided that as well.
6. I would like askgamblers to look into this issue, properly and provide an outcome. Atleast provide the initial deposit if not winnings.
I'll share the screenshot of all the details.
Askgamblers please resolve this issue for me for providing my 140k balance of initial deposit and winnings. If not atleast provide my initial deposit which is mentioned in dafabet terms and conditions and also mentioned in the mail I'm sharing.

Following a full review of your account activity, we identified betting patterns classified as opposite/arbitrage betting, which falls under Prohibited Practices as outlined in our Terms and Conditions (Section 9.4).

In accordance with our Terms, Dafabet reserves the right to void bets, confiscate affected balances, and decline withdrawal requests where prohibited practices are detected. Therefore, the confiscation of the balance was applied correctly, and the withdrawal was declined.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.
