And still the withdrawal was under pending status. I waited for 2 days and no response when I mailed them I got reply mail mentioned account is verified and withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible and team is working to solve the issue. The same was mentioned in live support chat, live support chat takes 30 minutes to get connected and I wasn't provided proper response sometimes and chat was closed automatically.
Now without any notification and information provided to me to my mail or anywhere account has been closed. I'm not able to access my account.
I want askgamblers to solve my issue and provide me a justice. It's causing me lot of stress and pressure. I'll attach every prove along with this.

There are few points I would like to mention.
1. First they asked me for verification after my withdrawal was stuck. I submitted my documents along with pan front and back and selfie holding the pan.
2. They verified my account successfully and I was waiting for my withdrawal.
3. Then they locked my account mentioning that there was an suspicious login for safety concerns account was suspended temporarily. In this mean time they have declined the withdrawal and taken my balance settled as adjustment.
4. And then I wasn't getting any response from the dafabet support and no reply to mails, once I approached askgamblers I was getting response from here.
5. Now they have taken my initial deposit of 70k and also 70k winnings.
As per dafabet terms and conditions they have to return my actual deposit which was made. Yet they haven't provided that as well.
6. I would like askgamblers to look into this issue, properly and provide an outcome. Atleast provide the initial deposit if not winnings.
