Account closed without any reason with 1170000 INR

Hi,

I still have 1170000 INR rupees on dafabet.

They closed it without any notification or any reason given.

When I asked why, they said "administration's decision" - In regards to your account reopening concern, please note your account will remain closed for now as per the management's decision.

Right now they are withholding my potential winnings from me, without me breaching any Terms.

I need Help in this Case. I would really appreciate if Askgamblers would take a look into this matter.

The player made four (4) withdrawal requests on August 28 but he subsequently canceled them on August 29; continued playing and eventually lost the funds; after a few minutes, the account was reported as potentially compromised via chat.

Our investigation shows that it is more likely that the player just wants to recover his losses.

Based on the player's login history, the player logged on to his account at 2022-08-29 00:29:02 with a balance amounting to 400,081.00 INR and logged out at 2022-08-29 02:35:14 with a balance of only 47.00 INR. During this session:
the player canceled his withdrawals on Aug 29 2022 0:48
lost funds
contacted CS to report his account was hacked via chat on Aug 29 2022 2:00
logged out of the account on Aug 29 2022 2:35

There is no evidence of the account being compromised during the time which the player claims his account has been hacked. There was only one IP used during the session when the withdrawals were canceled and used in playing which resulted in eventually losing the funds; this IP is consistent or similar – the same first two octets and IP provider, to previously used IPs.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I found AskGamblers through strong recommendations from users who have successfully resolved disputes with online casinos and betting platforms here. I would sincerely appreciate your help in investigating this matter and helping me recover access to my funds.
