Account Closed by Dafabet manually without my request

I never requested or email dafabet to close my account But blindly they have closed my account and mailed me saying such things.

I have account balance of more then 250,500 Inr.

Dafabet have closed my account without my request and then they email me saying " After carefully reviewing the situation, we have decided to keep your account closed. This decision is made with your well-being in mind, and we believe it is in your best interest.


I am a Silver VIP customer and this is how they are treating me. The dafabet live chat representatives are also dont connect and i am now helpless regarding my account closure concern.

Please help me in re-opening my account & my account balance.

Evidence that several player accounts, including NAMITA299, JAHIDUR23, SUJAN765, DUTTA07, DIPAK366, and TANMOY1200
which you previously raised concerns about in the case of NAMITA299, are directly linked to you. Our investigation revealed that these accounts registered through your affiliate link and share IP addresses and bank details, not only with each other but also with you.
According to the Terms & Conditions stated on site:

9.1 The following practices (or any of them) in relation to the Services:

abuse of Bonuses or other promotions; and/or
using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating); and/or
taking unfair advantage (as defined in paragraph 9.5.3);
opening any Duplicate Accounts; and/or
undertaking fraudulent practice or criminal activity (as defined in paragraph 9.5)
The above activities constitute "Prohibited Practices" and are not permitted. They will constitute a material breach of the Terms. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect such practices and to identify the relevant players concerned if they do occur. Subject to the above, however, We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of any Prohibited Practices, and any action We take in respect of the same will be at Our sole discretion.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
