Account Closed and Manual Withdrawals not paid by Dafabet since November 2024

I am here to request for official deadlock letter or final response letter from higher authority of Dafabet casino if they do not want to pay my funds back to be sent to my email.thats it.
I have account balance of 17,53,280 Rs on my Dafabet account,I have attached screenshot of my live-chat with dafabet support team.
I last sucessfully received withdrawal from dafabet casino on the 08/11/2024 of 30,000 rs only since then I have been requesting every week for withdrawals but again and again I hear same response from dafabet support like -
1.we would like to inform that your withdrawal has been sucessfully processed.Kindly note it will take 1-4 business days since November month 2024.
2 - Please be advised that your request for manual withdrawal is still undergoing a validation check. I have made another follow-up for you. Rest assured, you will receive an email as soon as we have an update.
3 - have forwarded your request for manual withdrawal amounting to 49000 and INR to our Payments Team for processing. As soon as we receive an update from them, we will notify you through your registered email address.
I requested for account Re-opening and then I get a response from the dafabet support
- Your account will remain closed and we believe keeping it closed is in your best interest.
I have not taken any BONUS-OFFERS from the Dafabet Casino.
Please tell me clearly if the Casino do not want to return back my funds and Why - I need full explanation and official email sent to my email with reason and proof for not wanting to return me back my money. What happens to my balance which is in my account currently, I just need to know all of these thats it.
