Account close without giving withdrawal

AskGambler team please help me to get my money back from dafabet.

My account was fully verified they accept the deposit but now they closed my account. At the time of close , available balance at my dafabet account is 14482 INR,

I have sent several email to them but they are doing nothing, same reply from them every time. I am attaching the screen shot of the conversation and one screenshot of my available balance for the proof.

Please help me to get my money back which is 14482 INR

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I found AskGamblers through strong recommendations from users who have successfully resolved disputes with online casinos and betting platforms here. I would sincerely appreciate your help in investigating this matter and helping me recover access to my funds.
