60 EUR Withdrawal Stuck

Hi team,

History is I initiated my 1st withdrawal for 60 EUR in 13 April 2025. Eversince that date up to 20 April Dafabet has declined withdrawal with reason it has not been requested via Opennode. I have sent screenshots since 13 April that I do not have (cannot stress enough the words do not have) Opennode as payment option. Besides, crypto payment is crypto payment so the reason lacks common sense. To note despite what's displayed on screenshots I can use solely DirePay and Cozeni.

Since I started mailing the customer service team to put opennode, they decided to put TRN 435511320 on hold for now is 2.5 days and just stopped replying to any emails. Can you please sort as this 10 days are the most meaningless correspondence I ever had with a customer service team.
