Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am raising a complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited.

I have already sent multiple follow-ups to Dafabet support, but their responses have only been delayed and not helpful.

Transaction Details:

- Transaction ID: 504072975

- Date & Time: 12/04/2026, 01:01:53 AM

- Amount: ₹50,000

- Method: GDPay (Crypto)

- To: Dafa Sports

- Status: Pending

As per TronScan, the transaction is successfully completed and clearly shows that the amount has been received on Dafabet’s wallet address.

I have attached the following proofs:

- Trust Wallet transaction screenshot

- TronScan browser screenshot showing successful payment

- Dafabet’s delayed email responses

All technical details are clearly available, but the deposit is still not credited.

I request your help to resolve this issue and ensure my amount is either credited or refunded at the earliest

Withdrawal disabled Error Code 310

First dafabet placed a bet limit on my account which is already fully verified account. Then I decided that I don't need to have higher balance in my account because of the bet limits and therefore I was trying to make a withdrawal but I received a message that some error occurred with code 310. Upon checking my withdrawal history it shows that withdrawal was disabled. Contacted their live chat helpline but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Therefore I request that my withdrawals be enabled so that I can get back my funds.

It has been more than 96 hours since I made this deposit. I have contacted support multiple times but keep receiving the same response that "deposit is in process" with no resolution or timeline.

The funds have already left my wallet and the transaction is confirmed. Please escalate this to your payments/finance team and manually credit the amount of 915.56 USDT to my Dafabet ID: < username removed > immediately.

Withdrawal is taking too much time and account verification is delayed

My Dafabet withdrawal has been pending since 23rd July 2026. The total stuck amount is 470000 INR

They asked me to upload account verification documents, which I did on 23rd July itself, but still more than 48 hours have passed; it's showing under review only.

Their time frame for checking documents is 48 hours, and I waited that time, and after that I am contacting the AskGamblers team to help out me in this matter.

I would like to tell you that I am a silver vip level customer, but still I am facing this issue, so AskGamblers team, please intervene here and help me get my account verified and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
