5 months completed still Amount not credited to My account dafabet not responding.

I made payment 45000Rupees through jupay upi to BHARATPE09908958108@yesbankltd which provided by dafabet. 2:21pm 8th October 2022. Upi reference number <removed ref.no.> till now not reflected to my dafabet account.

They told me 30 minutes of processing time and it is been 5months now.

The transaction was successful and is still not processed in my account. I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times and it is of no use. They are not responding, they don't even know any thing and every time I contact they telling wait for 24hrs. They wont give any reply to mail also.

But dafabet telling that not receive money and so, I gave complaint to my bank they confirm that merchant received successfully. I forwarded that mail to dafabet and now dafabet telling that merchant was not belongs to them. They only provided that account in jupay and now lying.

I attached all payment screenshots to dafabet with reference and also I sent chat screenshots

I raised Grievance Number: 4203477, which confirms that merchant received amount but still dafabet not responding. Can someone please help me with this?

Dafabet Verification Delay and INR 250000 Withdrawal Declined

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged document verification process and withdrawal difficulties with Dafabet Casino.

My Dafabet username is **HARENDRA67**.

I submitted my verification documents approximately 5 days ago. Dafabet informed me that the document review and validation process could take up to 72 hours.

However, despite waiting beyond the stated timeframe, my documents have still not been approved.

My account currently has a balance of **INR 262,142.16**, which I am unable to withdraw.

On October 17, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for **INR 250,000**, but it was declined.

I also have a successful deposit of INR 140,000 dated October 15, 2026.

I have cooperated with the verification process and submitted the requested documents. However, the verification remains incomplete, and I have not received a clear timeframe for its completion.

I understand that verification procedures are necessary, but I believe the operator should complete the review within the timeframe communicated to customers or provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this matter.

I would like Dafabet to complete my document verification as soon as possible and allow me to withdraw my available balance.

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my two withdrawal requests submitted on October 23, 2026.

I have contacted their 24/7 customer support multiple times and sent several emails, but all I receive is the same generic response that my withdrawals are still under review.

No clear explanation or estimated completion time has been provided.

I find this delay unacceptable and request that Dafabet to urgently process both withdrawals and provide a clear explanation for the delay. I hope AskGamblers can assist in escalating this matter and putting pressure on Dafabet to resolve it as soon as possible.

Withdrawal Disabled and Processing my withdrawal

My Dafabet account’s withdrawal function has been disabled

Username - < username removed > by the Dafabet team without providing any prior notice or explanation. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds from my Dafabet wallet.

I have repeatedly contacted their live chat support team, but my issue remains unresolved. Instead of providing a proper response or solution, I keep receiving generic, pre-written messages from their bots.

I have also contacted their email support team and sent emails regarding this issue. However, I have received only irrelevant automated responses, with no proper explanation or resolution from their side.

This situation has caused me significant stress and anxiety because my funds remain inaccessible, and I have no clear information about when my withdrawal facility will be restored.

The total amount of my funds currently stuck in my Dafabet account is ₹1,80,000

Isn't verifying my account

Hello everyone! Im asking for your help in withdrawing funds from my account. I submitted my documents for verification 14 days ago, and I was promised they would be reviewed within 72 hours. After waiting a week, I was asked to submit the documents again, so I did. I waited another 3 days, and now they’re asking me to do the exact same thing once more!
