49000 deposit not credited after payment
I initiated a deposit of ₹ 49000/- on 21/09/2025 at 12:35:07 am IST (GMT + 5:30) via JuPay UPI.
After that at 12:35 am IST I made the payment via UPI to the UPI id ppqr01.wmedzx@iob.
My payment UTR number is 526406657165.
I submitted the UTR number in dafabet website.
After few minutes I saw that the transaction was pending.
Then I uploaded the screenshot.
After around 2-3 hours I saw that my transaction was failed. I tried to create a new deposit request. But still the result was same.
I contacted customer support.
First they told me to wait for some time.
But after waiting for several hours I again contacted them.
They told me that they have not received the fund. But I confirmed with my bank that the fund was credited to the recipient account as this was an UPI transaction and the transaction was successful from my end.
After that I contacted customer care several times and mentioned about the transaction details.
Now they are repeatedly saying that they have not received the fund. They have said that they are confirming with their payment partner but they are doing nothing. Every time they are saying the same thing that "Another follow up had been created and they have not received the fund".
This is not first time that I have faced such issue. Earlier same thing happened and my fund was not credited for around one month. After raising a complaint to Askgamblers website my fund was credited immediately.
