I made a 4,800 deposit and was informed it would be completed in 5 to 30 mins but it's been 11 days still no response.
Tried contacting Dafabet via chat, email, and all other resources, but to no avail.
I hope AskGamblers can help me resolve this deposit issue.

While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
Upon further review, we can confirm that both of the aforementioned transactions were not received by our payments partner. As the funds have already been deducted from your account, we recommend contacting your bank directly to request a refund or reversal of the transactions.

I raised a request for chargeback and mahesh bank confirmed that chargerback has been declined by destination bank and confirmed money is credited to your account.
I already attached screenshot from Bank side.
For any further follow up they are asking statement of Gulam Mohammed wani from 29th Jan to till date.
I have done everything from my end.
