36000 INR not credited to my bank account

I would like to file a complaint against Dafa Sports regarding a delayed withdrawal payment that has still not been credited to my bank account despite being marked as “Successful” in their system.
Withdrawal Details:
Transaction ID: 508000148
Withdrawal Amount: ₹36,000
Transaction Date & Time: 30/04/2026 – 09:55:52 PM
Status Shown by Dafa Sports: Successful
Withdrawal Method: Local Bank Transfer
Issue Details:
It has already been 6 days since the withdrawal was processed and marked as successful by Dafa Sports, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but they are only giving repeated assurances without providing any proper resolution, proof of transfer, UTR/reference number, or exact payment status.
This delay is causing serious inconvenience and concern. If the withdrawal was truly successful, the funds should have already been reflected in my bank account.
I request that AskGamblers kindly intervene in this matter and help resolve the issue urgently by asking Dafa Sports to:
Provide valid bank transfer proof / UTR number, or reprocess the withdrawal immediately, or return the funds back to my gaming wallet without further delay.
The attached screenshot clearly shows the withdrawal marked as successful.
