340000 INR x 2 withdrawal was not received from 1st March 2024

My Dafabet Username is < username removed >

It's been 3 Months since I made 2 Bank withdrawals of 340,000 inr two times on 1st March 2024 which I have yet not received in bank account yet.

Both transactions are showing as successful but I can confirm I have not received the funds from Dafabet Yet.

I have contacted the Live-Chat and Email Support with all my proof and evidence of my bank statements even then I have not received my funds yet.

I Request AskGamblers to take my issue seriously and take action as I am in need of my funds which I am yet to receive from Dafabet Company.

I request Dafabet to investigate on my withdrawal matter immediately.

I am always ready and I can provide all information whatever is required from my side.

Attached my Bank statement from 1st March 2024 to today's date as well.

Attached all conversations with Dafabet as evidence as well.

Hello AskGamblers,

I request you to understand my concern and help me access my account and my funds from Dafabet.

DAFABET Company service and support is pathetic and should be banned for harrasing me for last 4 months and doing fraud with my funds and my account.

Please help me file a legal complaint against Dafabet for harrasing me for my funds.

I have clearly said i am no longer able to acess my Email Id registered with dafabet due to some personal reasons.


Why are you unable to share the payment slip of my withdrawals which was sucessfully processed by the 3rd party ? Its been more then 4 months I am yet to receive the withdrawals.

I have provided and shared everything including my bank statement.

My dafabet account was accessed by some 3rd party which is why i had requested for account closure and email update.

What do you require from me to prove my ownership ?
Firstly,I am here to prove myself and my ownership of my dafabet account and I my email updated thats all.

Please clarify here fully and find me a solution if not help me file a legal complaint against your company atleast.

The latest documents (PVC Aadhar Card and bank statement) we received on June 28 were sent via the account's registered email address - the email address the person who was communicating with us had claimed to no longer have access to.
The Aadhar Card sent was the same version previously received, that is, the yellow Aadhaar PVC Card; whereas the Aadhar card received via the Askgamblers platform was a white Pre Printed Aadhaar Card.
We have advised that the customer should coordinate with his bank and secure proof that funds were not received in his bank account, we have requested that he provide us a bank statement printed from the bank itself showing transactions covering March 2024; at the same time, we have coordinated with the third-party who confirmed that the amounts were successfully processed.
The customer has reported no longer having access to the account’s registered email address and when asked for call verification, the customer provided phone number that is not his registered phone number. Still, the latest documents (Aadhaar and bank statement) included herein were sent using the registered email address.
We received photos with two different persons holding the ID for the account.

Kindly update the complaint accordingly. Thanks for the cooperation.
