3400 INR Deposit pending

Hi Sir/Madam

I had deposited 3400 rupees in the Dafasports site on Feb 24, but the amount was not added to my wallet. Despite repeated requests, they simply keep saying "not secured the amount," but I am 100% sure I paid my money to the UPI ID that they gave me on the cashier page, which I will give you below.

I lost so much amount on this site, until you recently made an effort about my money, 5500 only after you interfere they credited my amount. Otherwise, God knows when they would have credited my amount.

I am grateful to you in this matter. Now I have a new complaint regarding my 3400 rupees.

The issue has not been resolved sir i have been asking them but they keep saying that”not secured the amount”. These guys are very good at deceiving people. I provided all the details including my screenshot and receiver details but they keep saying “not secured the amount”.
Please add my money to account , check with your payment whether I transferred or not??
Please please check thoroughly and add money amount to wallet , I lost so much amount, please check with the upi id that you have given me in the cashier page check with him.you told me same about 5500 rupees before that you did not secured the amount but later this website interferes you immediately credited my amount. Now im asking you please follow up with your payment partner and credit my amount.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
