3 deposits not credited to my account

I am filing this complaint because my deposit of ₹10,000 has still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my gaming wallet. I have already uploaded my payment receipt on the cashier page as requested, but despite waiting for more than 3 days, there has been no resolution.

I have contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any meaningful update or progress. This issue remains unresolved, and my funds are still missing.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and ask the casino to investigate this transaction immediately. I request that the casino either credit the ₹10,000 to my gaming wallet or refund the amount to my original payment method without any further delay.

I am also sharing my payment receipt and bank statement to be up to date as supporting evidence for this complaint.

Also, I placed 65,900 and 75,780 on the same day, but Dafabet has credited in smaller amounts like 10k each, leaving 25k uncredited. Out of amount together 65900+75780‎ = 1,41,680 dafabet only credited 1,16,680

I am writing this on behalf of my account verification, which has been pending for more than 10 days.

The total amount in my Dafabet account is 181000 INR.

I have recently followed up on live chat and calls on the Dafabet site, but my withdrawal and my document verification aren’t being approved.

Kindly check and consider this complaint and approve my documents as quickly as possible so that I can proceed with a new withdrawal.

I am filing this complaint regarding the unreasonable delay in the verification of my Dafabet account.

My account has 72000 rupees stuck because of account verification, which has now taken more than 4 days.

I submitted all the requested verification documents more than four days ago. Since then, there has been no update, no confirmation, and no response regarding the status of my verification.

I have contacted Dafabet’s customer support multiple times through both email and Live Chat. Unfortunately, every interaction results in the same automated or copy-and-paste response asking me to “wait for the verification team.” No representative has provided a meaningful update or an estimated timeframe for completion.

I have already provided all the documents requested by Dafabet, and there should be no reason for such an excessive delay without any communication.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter. I ask Dafabet to review and approve my submitted verification documents as soon as possible or, if any additional documents are required, to clearly inform me instead of repeatedly sending generic responses.

I have deposited an amount of 5000RS on April 14 at 9:52 AM by using majesticpay deposit, but up to now the amount has not been credited yet.
