24000 INR not credited

Hello Dear Askgamblers Team,

I Made a withdrawal of INR 24000 on 16/02/2026 at 10:34 PM the status of the Transaction in the cashier is showing as successful but I haven't received the money.

It's been more than 8 days but I haven't received the money.
I also contacted customer support multiple times and there is no use because they only say that they have followed up the request.

So please help me in solving this issue

Hello Dafabet Customer Support,

I have receieved an email from your support team to send the bank statement and I have sent the bank statement also.

Your team is asking me to send bank statement almost every 2 days and I am sending those but there is no use , I can send the bank statement how many times you want but you can clearly see that I havent receieved the money. I think 1 statement is fine for that.

Also check the attatched screenshot which contains the prooof that I sent the bank statement.
