Hello Team,


I made a payment of 23,000 and I have yet to receive my Amount. Tried contacting dafabet via chat email and still always get a response stating we are securing your amount.

I was informed money would be credited in 5 to 30 mins but it's already been 24 hours+ but still no response.

Kindly check below details and deposit my money.

Upon further review, we can confirm that both aforementioned transactions were not received by our payments partner. Because the funds were deducted from your account, we recommend contacting your bank to request a refund or a reversal of the transaction.

Please note that since the funds never reached our system, your bank is the only entity that can release the hold and return the money to your account.

Hello Dafabet Team,

I just rechecked with my branch Manager, He informed money is successfully sent to source account and cannot be refunded back.

For any further follow up of refund he is asking bank statement of destination account showing no funds received.

Kindly recheck from your end and send me statement to further follow up with bank...

Please provide the payment providers bank statement. By simply saying your payment provider didn't receive the funds means it's nothing to do with that. I have already in touch with my bank. My bank is asking receivers statement.
