20000 amount deducted from my bank account. However, after so many email follow-up, it's still showing as "Your concern has been escalated to the payment partner for confirmation". It's been 2 days with the same response. It's a huge amount for me which is pending yet. Kindly look into the deposit delay issue causiously and action immediately. This is not expected with your customer satisfactory level. Kindly deposit the amount asap.
