20100 Funds Missing and Not Credited Back by Dafabet Casino

Hello,

My Dafabet username : < personal information removed >

My 20,100 INR funds are missing and have not been credited after my withdrawal requests were cancelled several times by Dafabet Casino.

I have not placed a single bet since this incident of funds missing and have not been credited yet.

I had total exact balance of 274,395.53 INR

But now I see my balance is only worth 254,295.53 INR.

My Request to Dafabet Casino :

1. Investigate the transactions and check the successful withdrawal amounts as I am 100% sure the amount of 20,100 INR was not credited back to my account after it was cancelled manually.

I have emailed the support teams but there have been no positives from their end till now therefore I hope this platform provides me with genuine help in getting back my missing funds. (I have attached emails communication with Dafabet casino teams as well for your reference).

*A fund balance of 20,100 INR is missing or its manually deducted from my account and has not been added or credited to my account.

I request you to check thoroughly and add the missing funds of 20,100 INR as soon as possible.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in line with the casino terms and paid out to the player withdrawalo in question.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

In addition, having in mind that player made false accusations towards the casino team, and never admited receiving the withdrawal, but continued to use AGCCS in bad faith, we decided to ban the player from using our service in the future.

Important Note :

Please check all my withdrawal transactions since June 2025 when I had a balance of 274,395 INR but I have received all the withdrawals of total amount of 254,295 INR only.

Where has the remaining 20,100 INR Gone ? Why are you not wanting to investigate my missing funds properly ?

I requested several withdrawals of 20,100 INR & one of them was declined and the funds were not credited back till now.

Forcefully applying bonus on my account and not even verifying it for so long

Hi AskGamblers,

I am dropping this complaint after utter disappointment with the customer support of Dafabet, which is useless and bot-driven.

Firstly, they failed to verify my account, and it has been pending for so long. Even after multiple follow-ups, nothing happened, and now they forcefully applied some random bonus and are marking all my winnings as bonus amount.

I placed bets using my raw cash deposit of INR 4K without opting into any bonus.

My winnings were incorrectly credited to my Bonus Balance instead of my Cash Balance. I spoke with their support team multiple times, asking which bonus this is and who applied but they can't help me. As I can see and verified by them, there is no active bonus in my account. When asked how they can apply something automatically, they again provided the same bot-based repetitive responses, which are useless. This is completely a breach of customers' trust, where the casino is applying the bonus without the knowledge of the customer, which is not only unethical but also illegal.

I would request Dafabet to please review my transaction and casino betting history and manually transfer my winnings to my withdrawable cash wallet immediately.

Also, please verify my account, which has been pending for so long despite providing all the documents. My ID is SSINGH241

I uploaded my documents 10 days ago for account verification purposes and an account withdrawal concern. But till now it is showing account verification in review and as a result, they are just declining my withdrawal requests.

Freezing funds for over 10 days under an endless review with zero communication

I am writing to submit a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding an unjustified restriction on my withdrawals and an indefinite account review that has frozen my legitimate funds.

Below is the exact timeline of the issue:

July 8, 2026 (09:19 AM): I noticed that my first withdrawal request was rejected, and my withdrawal function was subsequently disabled/closed without any prior notice or justification.

July 9, 2026 (Evening): I sent an email to their customer support requesting an explanation. While Dafabet usually replies within 10 minutes, I received absolutely no response.

July 10, 2026 (09:52 AM): I contacted their Live Chat support. The agent provided a generic, scripted response stating that my account was under review and I needed to "wait patiently."

July 11 – July 17, 2026 (Ongoing): I have continuously followed up with their customer service. As of today, July 17, the situation remains completely unresolved. The casino continues to give the exact same canned responses, forcing me to wait indefinitely without providing any concrete updates, explanations, or an estimated timeframe.

I would like to emphasize two crucial facts regarding my account:

No Bonuses Involved: I only play Live Casino games (Live Dealer) and I have NEVER accepted or claimed any bonuses or promotional offers. All funds in my account consist entirely of my own cash deposits and legitimate winnings.

Clean & Consistent Account History: I have been using this account normally, and all my previous withdrawals were processed smoothly without any issues. There is absolutely no breach of terms or valid reason for my account to be suddenly locked.

The issue:

My account shows as verified, with no pending document requirements. However, every single time I attempt to withdraw funds, I'm hit with this error before the transaction even processes:

"Sorry, there was an error with your withdrawal. (Code: 310)"

Clicking "Try Again" does not help - the same error repeats every time, with no explanation of what's causing it.

Attempts to resolve:

I've reached out through Dafabet's Live Chat, but haven't received any real help - just standard responses that don't address the root cause. Since the withdrawal never actually processes, there's no transaction ID to reference, which seems to be causing further confusion with their support team.

Dafabet Holding My Verification and Declining Withdrawals Without Explanation

I am submitting this complaint because Dafabet has failed to complete my account verification despite having all of my required documents for several days.

The Documents section of my account confirms that my verification files have been successfully submitted and are under review. However, more than four days have passed, and I have not received any update, approval, or request for additional information.

I have repeatedly contacted Dafabet through Live Chat and customer support, but every conversation ends with the same standard response asking me to wait for the verification team. Unfortunately, no one has been able to explain why my verification is taking so long or when it will finally be completed.

As a result of this unnecessary delay, my withdrawal requests are also being affected. One of my withdrawal requests for 21,700.00 INR submitted on 08/07/2026 was declined (Transaction ID: 520976162), even though there has been no clear explanation for the rejection. My account balance remains inaccessible because the verification process has not been completed.

I submitted a withdrawal request for 10,000 RMB (approximately $1,500 USD) on Dafabet a week ago, but the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.

I have already completed and fully verified the KYC process required by Dafabet. The platform currently claims that the withdrawal has been processed and disbursed. However, both their customer support and automated emails keep repeating the exact same scripted responses, stating that the "relevant department needs more time" while constantly delaying and refusing to provide any legitimate transaction proof or bank wire receipt.
