20000 INR deposit not credited in wallet since January 31st

I made a deposit of 20k on Jan 31st. It's almost 5 days completed still amount is not added to my wallet.

Whenever I reach customer support, I get the same copy-paste template. I'm really frustrated with these services.

Even after providing the transaction proof on the cashier page, the deposit is not reflecting.

I feel they are not serious about players' money. I can't understand why players should wait for so long to receive their own money, and I see no serious action against the email or chat.

I need my funds to be added in wallet.

Strongest evidence from NPCI. But not received any proof from dafabet yet. Just generic response. When I made payment inside dafabet and all the evidence showing that payment reached the merchant, then we're is my amount.
