I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit of 2000 INR made on March 28, 2026, at 11:16 PM IST. The transaction was completed successfully via UPI, and the funds were immediately debited from my bank account.
I have provided the UPI Reference ID (UTR) 231642821195 and the Transaction ID 500364093 to the support team multiple times.
Despite it being five days since the transfer, the funds have not been credited to my player balance.
Every time I contact their support via email or the follow-up channels, I receive the same scripted messages stating that they have yet to secure the payment or that it is under investigation.
I have shared all official bank receipts and screenshots showing the "Success" status.
Since the money has clearly left my account and the UTR is valid, there is no reason for this delay.
I request that AskGamblers mediate and help me get my funds credited or refunded.

Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
