2 deposit amounts not credited

Dear @ Dafbet casino

I am writing to raise a concern regarding two deposit transactions made to my Dafabet account, both of which are still showing as pending and have not yet been credited.

Below are the transaction details for your reference:

1. Transaction ID: 499559518

Date & Time: 25/03/2026, 11:00:59 AM

Amount: 35,000.00

2. Transaction ID: 499559324

Date & Time: 25/03/2026, 10:59:22 AM

Amount: 35,000.00

Despite the amounts being debited from my respective payment methods, the funds have not been credited to my Dafabet account. I have already sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but have not received a satisfactory resolution so far.

This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and credit the funds to my account at the earliest.

I have attached the relevant transaction screenshots for your verification. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

Its very clear that Dafabet Casino is trying cheat me and doing fraud with false updates.

As my bank clearly told me multiple times and the transactions were sucessfull.

How both different transactions will be not credited in receivers account after successful from my bank account.

I have already contacted my bank multiple times regarding this matter. After thoroughly reviewing my transactions, they have confirmed that the payment was successfully processed and completed on their end.

As previously mentioned, I have also provided my bank statement as proof of the successful transaction. Based on this, the funds are no longer held by my bank.

I kindly request that you coordinate directly with your payment partner and verify the transaction using the details I have provided. Please investigate this matter carefully, as the issue appears to be on your side or within your payment partner’s system.

I would appreciate your prompt action to resolve this issue and credit the amount to my account without further delay.

Please be advised that our payments partner has not received your funds. Therefore, if the amount was deducted from your bank account, it is likely held in a pending state within the banking network. We recommend contacting your bank to request a refund or a transaction reversal, as they are currently holding the funds. Once the bank releases the hold, the balance should reflect back in your account shortly.
