169000 Crypto Deposit Successfully Completed on Blockchain but Still Not Credited

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am requesting your assistance regarding an INR 169,000 deposit to my Dafabet/Dafa Sports account which has not been credited despite the cryptocurrency transaction being successfully completed on the blockchain.
The payment page instructed me to transfer 1,784.359877 USDC via Ethereum (ERC20) to the provided deposit address:
I completed the transaction to the exact address provided. My wallet shows the transfer as Completed, and the blockchain explorer confirms that the transaction was successful and that 1,784.359877 USDC was transferred to the specified address.
I have already contacted Dafabet and provided the transaction hash, sending/receiving addresses, wallet transaction proof, blockchain confirmation and screenshots of the deposit instructions.
Dafabet acknowledged my complaint regarding Transaction ID 528449446 but only informed me that the INR 169,000 would be credited “once confirmed.” Despite the blockchain transaction already being successfully confirmed, the deposit continues to show as Pending in my Dafabet cashier.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to trace this transaction with its payment provider and credit the full INR 169,000 to my Dafa Sports account without further unnecessary delay. If for any technical reason the deposit cannot be credited, I request that the equivalent cryptocurrency amount be returned to the originating wallet.
I am attaching the deposit QR/payment instruction, wallet confirmation, blockchain transaction confirmation, Dafabet cashier showing the INR 169,000 deposit as pending, and my correspondence with Dafabet support.

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I would like to provide an important update to my complaint.
After my repeated follow-ups and escalation, Dafabet has now finally credited the previously missing INR 169,000 deposit to my account.
However, the issue is not fully resolved, because after the deposit was credited, I attempted to withdraw my available balance and Dafabet has now restricted/blocked the withdrawal facility on my account.
Therefore, although the original deposit has been credited, I still do not have normal access to withdraw my funds.
I respectfully request that this complaint remain open and that Dafabet be asked to clearly explain:
The specific reason my withdrawal facility has been restricted;
Whether any verification/document is outstanding, and if so, exactly what is required;
What action is required from my side to restore withdrawals; and
When I will be able to withdraw my available balance normally.
I am fully willing to complete any legitimate verification requirement. However, after the deposit issue has been resolved, simply preventing withdrawal without providing a clear reason or resolution is unacceptable.
I request Dafabet to restore my withdrawal facility and allow me to access my funds without unnecessary delay.
I am attaching the latest screenshot showing the withdrawal restriction for reference.

Isn't verifying my account

I contacted customer support, and they told me to wait 4 banking days. Much more than 4 banking days have passed, yet the funds have still not reached my account. Complaint Details:

I am raising this complaint regarding an unresolved INR 99,950 withdrawal from Dafabet.

Dafabet marked this withdrawal as successful and provided a UTR. However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

On 6 October 2026, Dafabet support informed me that the payment had been processed on their end and that local bank transfers could take 1–4 banking days. I was also informed that the Payments Team would review the issue.

Despite following up with customer support, I have continued to receive generic responses without a clear resolution. As of 19 October 2026, the amount has neither been credited to my bank account nor refunded to my Dafabet wallet.

I have experienced previous withdrawal issues with Dafabet, including transactions that were eventually returned to my wallet. I am therefore concerned about the handling of this withdrawal and the lack of a clear resolution.

I even checked with my bank side and they confirmed UTR not traceable.

I request AskGamblers to help me obtain:

1. A proper investigation into transaction ID 531160567.
2. Verifiable proof of the actual payment status and transfer details.
3. If the transfer failed, an immediate refund of INR 99,950 to my Dafabet wallet, or successful payment to my bank account.

Providing my bank statement showing the missing credit, and correspondence with Dafabet support.

I request a specific resolution rather than another generic response stating that the payment has been processed.

Delaying verification and withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 9 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹3,50,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

I currently have a balance of 430.80 USD that I am unable to withdraw.

I am stuck in an endless loop with their system and support team.

Asked for verification but error is coming while uploading the documents

I was told to send my documents for account verification. I already verified my account but still dafabet asked me to verify my account. So in order to verify my account, I was told to submit my documents in my account section. While I was uploading my documents, an error was keep on coming. I mailed them this issue but I am keep getting the bot reply that upload it in account section. I mailed dafabet my documents multiple times but still getting the same response.
I have attached screenshots and want dafabet to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I am raising this complaint regarding a withdrawal of 5,300 IN from my Dafabet account (Dafasports division) that has not been credited to my bank account.

Details of the transaction:

The withdrawal status inside my Dafabet account is showing as "Success" / "Completed". However, the standard processing window has passed, and the funds have still not hit my bank account.

I have reached out to Dafabet customer support multiple times and escalated the issue via email, but 1 keep receiving generic responses without being provided a valid Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number or external bank clearance receipt that my bank needs to track the funds.

Kindly mediate this issue and help me compel Dafabet to either provide a valid UTR tracking number so my bank can locate the funds, or reverse the 5,300 INR back into my gaming account balance.
