Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Dafabet regarding a failed cryptocurrency deposit that has not been credited to my account despite a successful blockchain transaction.

Details of the issue:

- Casino Name: Dafabet
- Deposit Amount: INR 14,000 (via USDT – Cryptocurrency)
- Deposit Date: 06 December 2025
- Dafabet Transaction ID: 478628696
- Blockchain Transaction Hash ID:

The transaction is clearly marked as successful on the blockchain, and the funds were transferred successfully from my wallet. However, in my Dafabet account, the deposit status is showing as “Failed”, and the amount has not been credited to my balance.

I have contacted Dafabet multiple times through live chat and email support, but I am only receiving automated or copy-paste responses, with no proper investigation or resolution provided so far.

Evidence attached:

1. Blockchain transaction showing successful transfer
2. Dafabet deposit showing failed status
3. Wallet transfer confirmation screenshot

Despite providing all required proofs, Dafabet has failed to resolve this issue or credit my balance.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter. My only request is that the deposited amount of INR 14,000 be credited to my Dafabet account, or alternatively, refunded if credit is not possible.
