I have been trying to access my Dafabet account for several days now. I have spent over 12 hours on multiple support calls, but their customer service has been completely useless.



All they do is repeat the same steps—clear cache, use different browsers, reset password, etc.—which I’ve already done more than 50 times. I even tried the "Forgot Username" option multiple times. Despite all this, I am still locked out of my account.



In addition to this, I also have a pending withdrawal, and I now suspect that Dafabet is intentionally delaying or blocking access because of it. Instead of helping, they’re just wasting my time with copy-paste replies and no real solutions.

Dafabet has completely failed to resolve the issue, and that’s why I’ve come to AskGamblers for help.

Please accept my complaint and help me get back access to my account.

Dear Dafabet,

First thing is that you are saying I don't have any balance in my account while your agent just confirmed that I have 140k balance in my casino section. I am attaching screenshot for better understanding.

2nd thing is that you don't take a single step regarding my account queries. Despite of multiple emails & multi chats I am still on same phase. Live agents just close that If I ask them something. On other hand via email they are not providing any update. They just sending copy paste messages over email. Instead of sending multiple emails, there is no solution of my account.

Till date I have done 100+ times password reset via multiple dafabet links but still same issue persists. Their response is like that have to reply forcefully to clients.

Hi Dafabet,
I think you hired educated persons in your team. I repeated around 1000+ times over email and everywhere that after resetting password also it's showing incorrect details. On email you just sending copy paste messages, I also tried all that ways 100+ times.

Now I am repeating again " I am unable to login as my username/password showing incorrect even after resetting password 100+ times. I am unable to login my account. You send me some troubleshooting steps and some alternative links. I tried all that around 100+ times. Still I can't login my account. How would I wagour if I can't login my account???
