14000 Deposit Not Credited By Dafabet Casino 2 Months Past

Hello Dafabet casino and AskGamblers team,

2 Months past still funds have not been credited by dafabet company.

Dafabet UserID - < username removed >

14,000 Rupees successfully paid by UPI to dafabet on 11/08/2024 but they still not credited the funds yet.

No help or support from customer care or email care at all.

Totally harassed by this delay. Please help me immediately.

I have attached successful payment slip and deposit history details.

It still says "Its been checked" for 2 months now on the dafabet website.

Following the submitter’s failure to provide adequate feedback and info needed from the bank as requested, related to the issue and possible refund in question, so that casino could aslo be updated on the matter, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, such activity is in violation of the AGCCS Guidelines, section Updates and, therefore, the case is being rejected.

The Bank manager or the bank cannot provide anything in written as there is no problem from their side regarding the payement and If you want you can officialy Call up any Indian Banks and ask if they can provide anything in written regarding such issue.


I have provided the sucessfull payment slip and the bank statement as a proof to you and the dafabet casino and its been more then 1 month since i raised my issue here on this platform But Now i see you are taking this case in a unfair manner and the dafabet casino are not responsible for the funds which I paid through the dafabet website.


After providing all the proofs of payments I am totally shocked that you are not asking the Dafabet casino for any evidence or proof if they did not receive the funds Yet..

Is this platform biased to the gambling companies ?

I have communicated with my Bank via Call aswell by Visiting the Bank and meeting the Bank Manager face to face and they have confirmed the payment was sucessfull as I have shared payment slip and bank statement aswell already and shared my bank statement and payment slip proof with you here already.

Provide me with the proof of the Bank statement if you have not received the funds which is not possible since you are not being able to provide me with any Proof.

Please be responsible for My funds as you should be !
I do not know the providers and I dont want to know about them as its not my business.
