13400 INR deposited but still pending and not credited to wallet
I am filing this complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

Amount: ₹10,000

2nd Deposit
Amount: ₹3,400
Transaction ID: 517286262
Date: 14/06/2026
Both transactions were successfully processed by my bank, and the funds were deducted from my account. However, the amounts have not been credited to my gaming wallet.
Furthermore, the cashier page still shows both transactions as Pending, even after several days. The funds are neither available in my wallet nor returned to my bank account.
I have contacted customer support and live chat multiple times, but they continue to provide the same standard response without giving any clear explanation, update, or resolution timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
As of today, a total amount of ₹13,400 is being withheld, and I have received no meaningful assistance from the casino.
