10000 INR deposit not credited to my gaming wallet
I am filing this complaint because my deposit of ₹10,000 has still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my gaming wallet. I have already uploaded my payment receipt on the cashier page as requested, but despite waiting for more than 3 days, there has been no resolution.
I have contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any meaningful update or progress. This issue remains unresolved, and my funds are still missing.
I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and ask the casino to investigate this transaction immediately. I request that the casino either credit the ₹10,000 to my gaming wallet or refund the amount to my original payment method without any further delay.
I am also sharing my payment receipt and bank statement to be up to date as supporting evidence for this complaint.
