1 lakh of withdrawal is not received in bank account

I processed three separate withdrawals from my casino account on 28/04/2025, 29/04/2025, 30/04/2025. While two withdrawals were successfully credited to my bank account, one remains missing. And the transaction shows successful in the cashier page but the amount is not credited to my bank account. The casino has not provided clarity on which specific transaction failed or why, and support responses have been unhelpful.

I contacted dafabet customer support and provided them with the details of all three withdrawals. I asked them to identify which transaction failed and to trace it. They have been unhelpful, providing only generic responses like "wait longer" without offering any concrete assistance or providing transaction details like a UTR number.

Below are the details of all three withdrawals for your reference:

Withdrawal 1: Transaction ID - 437150380 , Amount: ₹[100,000], Date: [28/04/2025]

Withdrawal 2: Transaction ID - 437298858 , Amount: ₹[100,000], Date: [29/04/2025]

Withdrawal 3: Transaction ID - 437508818 , Amount: ₹[100,000], Date: [30/04/2025]


Two withdrawals ₹[97,000] UTR No. 512123380668 and ₹[97,000] UTR No. 512411502165 arrived in my bank account after cutting net fee. 3%.
1st withdrawal is arrived on 01/05/2025 UTR No. 512123380668 and the 2nd one is arrived on 04/05/2025 UTR No. 512411502165, which you can see in my bank statement.

I have attached the following evidence:

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory. Upon the casino's terms, it's the player's responsibility to secure their credentials and access to their devices.

6.1 In order to protect your funds and personal information, as a Registered Customer, you will be presented with a username and password ( " Account Access Information " ) which is for your personal use only. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Account Access Information remains confidential at all times and you shall be fully responsible for any misuse and/or unauthorised disclosure of Account Access Information to any third party. If you are concerned that your Account Access Information has been made available, its security has been compromised or has been accessed by any third party without your knowledge or consent, you should forthwith notify Us immediately whereupon new Account Access Information may be provided by Us to you. Any Bets or requests made online where the correct Account Access Information has been used will be considered valid and binding to you and Us. Only after your notification to Us that your Account Access Information has been compromised and Us suspending the Account will Bets or requests made online with the Account Access Information be deemed void.

Upon everything stated, we can only Reject the complaint due to the fact that the disputed amount does not exist anymore.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

My withdrawal amount was credited to my betting wallet after a delay of nearly four months. However, upon checking my account, I was shocked to find that the entire balance was lost because bets were placed without my knowledge or consent.

I would like to state clearly that:
• I have never shared my login details with anyone.
• I was waiting for my withdrawal for four months and had no intention of placing any further bets.
• The timing of the bet placement immediately after the delayed withdrawal strongly raises suspicion.

This situation leads me to believe that the unauthorized bets may have been placed from your end or due to some internal issue. I request you to:
1. Provide me with a detailed transaction and login history of my account for the period in question.
2. Investigate how these bets were placed without my authorization.
3. Refund the lost amount at the earliest, as this is clearly not my fault.
