Withdrawals declined and account frozen
Hi,
Having been fully verified and playing with the bookmaker I recently attempted to make a withdrawal on my account. This was met with a request to submit a (further) photo of myself with I.D. whilst also including their support ticket and date all in one which I done - not an easy task may I add. The next thing a few days later I received an email saying ‘Hello - your account has been frozen for our security service checking’ asking me to write back in 6 months time after the specified date of 28.03.2022 for results. This is totally unacceptable and not mentioned in the terms and conditions; regardless of the fact that I was a verified user already. I am owed in the region of €590 balance. Bookmaker support was emailed 29/09 with a complaint and request to pay funds within 5 working days in attempts to resolve; but there has been no further response.
Appreciate if you can help me resolve as I feel robbed of both my deposits and winnings.
